Frequently asked questions:
  1. I want to send my self net alerts. How do I get my Sub-ID?.
    1. To find your sub ID, go on your phone to Menu -> Net -> Services -> Sub ID.

  2. Im interested in this callback professional feature how does it work in a nut shell?
    1. When installed on an ordinary analog telephone line that has three-way (conference) calling service (ordered from the telephone company), you can command callback professional to reverse bridge conference a call to any phone number from any phone number. Using the three way calling feature on the physical line to carry ALL toll charges of both sides of the calls which are now bridged. Both sides of the call will be bridged using the physical line and the toll charges will be carried by the provider of the physical line. The two connected parties will both receive incomming calls. The first call leg of the call will be inbound to the telephone number that is authorized to receive the callback. This requires the physical line to have CallerID feature. When the first leg is connected the first caller, now in control of the physical line can now use touch tone commands to initiate a conference call to another party. The second party being the second leg of the call. Which can then be disconnected using touch tone commands. Another call can take place without restarting the whole process.

    1. Goto EACH net alert you sent to the phone and press Menu -> Save.
    2. Power down the phone, and power it back on.
